I always come to this Post Office and honestly the service is amazing every single time. They are super fast, really friendly, and always help me solve any problem without making things complicated.
Big shoutout to Deep and Veronika, they are seriously the best. Always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything. They make every visit easy and stress free.
Probably the best Post Office staff I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend.

Can't fault this place, they are always professional. Although it does get extremely busy but they still help everyone politely. There's a very classy woman that works there 'Petya', always friendly and her outfit looks like she works in the city, instead of the post office. I admire that about her.

Generally amenable with the sense of inconvenience, however after watching the man talk about customer service last week (they then tried to push me to leave a positive review by name which can be seen in the recent reviews all mentioning staff names), he has just been rude and accusatory after making a mistake blaming me after not listening to my explanation of a situation. Having seen that he has been mentioned in previous reviews, it seems he could do with some customer service training or maybe chose a line of work that isn’t customer facing so he isn’t inconvenienced by the public hoping he will do what he is there to do without being rude.
